TO FEEL CONNECTED, SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO LEAVE

Almost two years ago, I bid adieu to PSI, my identity for over two decades. A new journey as a Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence Coach and Trainer got started.....unchartered waters....

Today, as I complete an awesome trip (third this year) with the Senior Leadership Team at PSI Myanmar, I am stuck with how much I feel connected to the people.





When the Country Head and Deputy ask me independently to return next week to lead a workshop for 80 odd managers, I was instantly reminded of what David Reene (a mentor and friend to so many of us) articulately put it - "We all walk around with an invisible sign around our neck that states - Make me feel wanted, make me feel relevant."

Today, as I acknowledge and celebrate that sign, I am filled with gratitude for the beautiful way the path is unfolding. Truly, one has to close one door for another to open….
