BEING IN SYNC - THE UNIVERSE GIVES A SIGN!





My life has been wonderfully touched by many who have enriched me! These are people you meet and somehow stay connected over years......and ever so often you are so much in sync that you start looking like each other too!!!

Arjun, the 'Karna' in so many of us, has always inspired me to be more selfless and giving. A true warrior who if often misunderstood, but never doubted has been a constant presence in my life for over three decades across continents.

This morning I was struggling through my morning Asana and Pranayama class. One of these days, when the mind plays tricks and you catch yourself in the mirror, feel your excess weight, sense lethargy and look at one's unfit body and ask yourself - Is this all worth it after all these years of waking up at 5 am to be at a class at 5.45??! Surely, it's supposed to get easier......

I asked the universe for a sign to keep me going....

And Facebook provided me this sign. Evidently, I posted these pictures two years ago! But what struck me is the following - I have nudged and supported Arjun to begin Asana (yoga) practices JUST about a month ago. Surely, I need to keep going as well!

We Are All On 'Standby'.... In the past few days, three poignant experiences wove themselves into a single narrative that felt too significant not to share. The first is something we all experience this time of year: the turning of the calendar . One year ends, and another begins. It’s a natural time to reflect, reset, and reimagine what’s ahead. The second was attending a memorial service for a young man who tragically passed away. It was a moving tribute, but also a stark reminder of life’s unpredictability.
